What We Did__

Step one was creating the brand and identity from the ground up. For phase two, we knew we needed a refresh to keep people engaged. We optimized the structure to give differing user types and customized dashboards — no more landing at a page with empty widgets, managers have their own groups and their own profiles, with easy access to their subordinate’s data and dashboards. The re-structuring helped user engagement, in addition to profit margin.
